Returns of Goods
For any reason you wish to return or replace the product you bought you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt by filling out the return form that you will find at the bottom of our page or at the e-mail address (rozanas.shoes @ gmail.com »notifying us if it is a return or replacement and filling in a contact phone. Then a partner from the transport company will contact you to receive the return parcel.
Return conditions:
1. the product must not have been used
2. the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt)
4. be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product
In order for the products to reach good condition, you must pack them properly - in a larger box - so that they are protected during shipment.
The customer will be charged with the cost of returning the product 5€.
In case of crediting the money to a bank account outside of National Bank or Eurobank, the customer is charged for the costs of the interbank system.
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement.
Problematic or Wrong Products
In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
In those cases in which with proven fault of "ROZANAS OEE" products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order you can return the products ..
The return of the product in this case is free from all over Greece.
The products in the offer are either broken numbers or out of season. When they are out of season they cannot be replaced or returned.
Returns on orders outside Greece
IN CYPRUS AND MALTA
charge of 32€ for parcels up to 5 Kg of bulk charge. For larger parcels the charge is 45€
IN EUROPE
charge of 20€ for parcels up to 5 Kg of bulk charge. For larger parcels the charge is 25€
Product Change
In cases you want to change the product you bought you must fill in the contact e-mail code or product codes and size and our partner will contact you.
The product should not have been used and its packaging should be intact.

The first change is free.
Changes to orders outside Greece
IN CYPRUS AND MALTA
charge of €64 for parcels up to 5 Kg of bulk charge. For larger parcels the charge is €85
IN EUROPE
charge of €40 for parcels up to 5 Kg of bulk charge. For larger parcels the charge is €50
In any case of changing or returning a product, first the product is received and checked and then the change is made and the amount is credited.
Order cancellation
For any order cancellation before sending and delivery to courier you should contact 22610-26445 stating your Order Number.
